Jesus says He the way, He is the truth and He is the life. Why should we care what he said? He rose from the dead! Do you know anyone that did that for himself? There are tons of sources outside of the Bible that have verified that there is no body. Jesus was a person that walked the earth.

The Way is Jesus (the narrow road, Matthew 7:14)
The Truth is Jesus (Pilate’s question, John 18:38)
The Life is Jesus (come all you who are weary,Matt 11:28)(Life is the light of all men John 1:4)

What we believe

  • About the Scriptures: We believe the entire Bible is the inspired Word of God and that men were moved by the Spirit of God to write the very words of Scripture. Therefore, we believe the Bible is without error.

  • About God: We believe in one God who exists in three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus Christ is the second member of the Trinity (the Son of God) who became flesh to reveal God to humanity and to become the Savior of the lost world.

  • About Humanity: We believe that all people were created in the image of God to have fellowship with him but became alienated in that relationship through a separation of relationship with God and Man. Jesus came to restore that relationship by an act of love. We are effected by the world, our flesh, and the devil which hinder our relationship with Jesus.

  • About Salvation: We believe that the blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the cross, provides the sole basis for the forgiveness of sin. Therefore, God freely offers salvation to those who place their faith in the death and resurrection of Christ as sufficient payment for their sin. Salvation is intimacy with Jesus as He enters our Spirit.

  • About the Christian Life: We believe all Christians should live for Christ and not for themselves. By obedience to the Word of God and daily yielding to the Spirit of God, every believer should mature and be conformed to the image of Christ. The ministry of Jesus is to be continued forward today. He came for this purpose: The destroy the works of the Devil. The Christian life has that same purpose.

  • About the Church: We believe that the church is the body of Christ, of which Jesus Christ is the head. The members of the church are those who have trusted by faith the finished work of Christ. The purpose of the church is to continue Christ’s work on Earth which gives glory to God and is for our good.

  • About the Bible and its interpretation: We believe that the Bible is meant to be taken seriously and followed. So then the gifts of the spirit are for today, healing is for today, and dealing with supernatural beings is a normal experience for us today. The supernatural is not a miracle or strange, its taking the Bible in a literal way.

  • About the Holy Spirit: Jesus said that it is better if he goes so that he would send Holy Spirit God to minister, guide, comfort, heal, convert, and empower us as followers of Jesus. He speaks to us, empowers us, and directs the church.
